Change of Delivery Addresses

If you need to change the delivery address on a completed order that has not shipped yet, please call us immediately at +1 512-502-0636. However, if your order has already been sent out for delivery, we will be unable to change the delivery address.

Order Processing

All orders are processed for shipment Monday through Friday only.

Canceling Orders

If you need to cancel an order that has not already been shipped, we may be able to cancel it. To do so, please call us immediately at +1 512-502-0636 or FAX us at +1 512-502-0576. If your order has already been sent out for delivery, we will be unable to cancel it.

Duties and Taxes

International customers are fully responsible for all duties, tax, customs and other fees that are associated with their outbound shipments. Shipments with unpaid duties, taxes, or customs are not eligible for refund or return.
